This will make your life easier...
You now have the key to the most powerful audience management tool on the market! However, it's gonna take some time to get to learn & use confidently. We've put together this page for you to use as a reference point. It should serve as a "landmark" for you to come back to if you get stuck.
This page contains all you need to get up and running, but it's a little bit of a read. Get comfy, grab a drink and enjoy!
Step 1: Logging In
I know this sounds silly, but you'd be surprised how many people don't do this... You get ZERO value from Fanmly.io if you don't login to use it.
Here's a step-by-step on how to get logged in:
Open a new browser tab (keep this one open for reference).
Check your email (including spam & promotions folders).
Look for the email that says "Account Created |Fanmly.io".
That email will contain your user name and password to log into https://app.fanmly.io
If you do not see it, please send a message to support immediately. It probably means you entered your email wrong during checkout.
Step 2: Passwords
DO NOT lose your password! But we get it, it happens. Here's some password best practices:
Your initial welcome email contains a random password to get you logged in. Save it on a notepad somewhere.
If you reset your password (because you forgot), check your spam! Sometimes it goes there. I know. It's stupid. We don't like it either.
When the system asks to send you a secret login code, select the phone number option. It's 100x more reliable at sending codes via text.
If you can't find anything, please email support. I hope you're noticing a pattern...
Step 3: Initial Account Setup
Now comes the fun part! Actually setting up you Fanmly.io Account! We've put together the "quickstart" guide for you to get things live ASAP, and we recommend you start there. The other trainings will give you an idea of how to use the core features, but they're not required to finish setup.
Start with the Quickstart module, and only come back to the other trainings when you're done.
This quick, 5-video series will show you the shortest path to getting your Fanmly.io account active and ready to collect leads. You should be able to complete it in one sitting.
This tutorial will showcase all the instagram messaging capabilities of Fanmly.io and show you how to take full advantage of the platform.
Did you know Fanmly.io can distribute your event flyers via email? This series of videos will show you how to get your next flyer into all your fans inboxes!
How do you know who your true fans are? Fanmly will tell you! In the Pipelines tutorials, we'll show you how to identify who your true fans are so you can show your appreciation!
Step 4: Resources Available
Once you're logged into the dashboard, you have access to a nearly unlimited amount of resources dedicated to help you succeed on the Fanmly.io platform.

Self-Serve Billing Portal: If you need to do something simple like change a credit card or modify your subscription, access the self-serve billing portal here.

A Final Word...
I know this might seem like a LOT to go over, but keep in mind most of it in just a ONE TIME setup. once you're up and running, it'll do a lot of the heavy lifting on its own. You'll only have to come into Fanmly.io for a few minutes a day to check on things.
